About.
My name is Martin Caprile. I was born in San Francisco, CA, and raised in Argentina. After finishing high school, I pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media. During that time, I also worked in the field, but I had a deep passion for sports, particularly water sports. I learned how to kitesurf, became an instructor, and traveled the world.
My love for the ocean led me to Maui, where I settled in 2014. Shortly after, I decided to buy a camera and start taking surf and watersports photos, and I was instantly hooked. This allowed me to combine my love for the ocean and my photography/video skills. (Check out my Photography.)
In 2023, I decided to expand my career based on my foundational studies as a Social Communicator. I have a strong understanding of composition, hierarchy, and design concepts, which led me to dive into the world of product design, specifically UI/UX.
